ICA 2011 Award Winning Tanning Lotions
What is the best tanning lotion out there? This is our most frequently asked question. The problem is that what’s best for you depends on your skin type, your tanning history and of course your tanning goals. It isn’t possible for us to answer that without getting some information from you, the tanner. However, we do have best seller lists that we share with you monthly and we realized we had something else that we haven’t shared before. This award is presented by Island Sun Times, our very favorite tanning magazine. Thousands of tanning salon professionals are polled for these results and it is truly an honor to possess one of these trophies. Designer Skin saunters away the overall winner with four trophies and an marvelous eight nominations!
Ed Hardy Tanning received four nominations. Three of these nominations for I’m Fabulous. They leave with no awards but heads held high. Being nominated is an honor in itself.
Swedish Beauty received two nominations but takes home no rewards. Honestly, I thought they had Favorite Moisturizer with Aloe There but Hempz which I admit I also love won it for Supre instead.
Australian Gold receives an impressive seven nominations and takes the trophy for Favorite Non Tingle Bronzer with JWOWW Black Bronzer!
Devoted Creations received five nominations and takes the win for Over All Favorite Tanning Lotion with Trust Fund Baby!
Supre Tan received six nominations and takes the win for Favorite Moisturizer with Hempz.
California Tan receives one nomination but no trophy. Nothing to be sad about though, there is always the 9th Annual Industry Choice Awards ahead at the end of this year. We will let you know how that goes to.
